KinopiQ

For consultants

Every client, one login

If you take companies through B Corp or ISO 14001 for a living, the hard part is rarely the standard. It is running six of them at once without losing track of whose evidence is whose.

How it works

Separate workspaces, one account

The workspace is the unit. It holds one company's profile, enrolments, answers and evidence, and it has its own membership.

A workspace per client

Each company you work with gets its own profile, its own enrolments, its own evidence and its own score. Nothing leaks between them, and a client can be handed over intact when your engagement ends.

One login, no re-onboarding

Move between clients without signing out and back in. You are not maintaining a separate account, password and set of habits for every company on your books.

The same standards data for everyone

When a standard is reissued, it updates once and every client workspace has it. You are not the person who has to notice that ISO 14001 changed.

Give the client the seat, not the file

Invite your client as an editor to do their own evidence gathering, or as a viewer so they can watch progress without changing answers. When they are ready for an assessor, that is another viewer seat.

Why this exists

B Lab's platform is built for one company

It is free, it is the system of record, and it does its job. But it assumes you are the company being certified.

An adviser working with eight clients is outside that assumption. You end up with eight logins, eight sets of credentials to keep straight, and no way to see across the portfolio. The evidence lives in eight shared drives, and every recertification starts by working out where last time’s documents went.

KinopiQ’s workspace model was built for multi-tenancy from the start, so the consultant case is not a bolt-on. The Advisor plan on the pricing page is the same product with the client limit removed and priority support attached.
